Cloudborne is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data We Collect
Device Motion Data — Cloudborne uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to control flight direction. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted or stored.
Analytics — We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app launches and session duration. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Local Preferences — Your debug panel settings (cloud size, density, cruise parameters, etc.) are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
Data We Do Not Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or other device data
- Advertising identifiers
Third-Party Services
Firebase Analytics (Google) — We use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Firebase's privacy policy can be found at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Children's Privacy
Cloudborne does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. The app contains no in-app purchases, advertisements, or social features.
